Hydraulic Unit for Demanding Applications in Shipping, Industry, and Agriculture

Also known as a motor pump, a hydraulic unit primarily has one task: to convey hydraulic oil under immense pressure to the respective pressure consumer. The pressure consumers rely on the pressure energy, as only through this can they move permanently. To provide the optimal hydraulic unit for each application area, various pumps have established themselves in the market. They operate with different pressure forces and differentiated delivery flow rates. Nowadays, most pumps in hydraulic systems are driven by electric motors. Depending on the application area, direct current, alternating current, or three-phase current are suitable. If a power take-off unit is used, the drive is via a universal joint.

Compact units for use in mobile hydraulics

A special form of hydraulic units is the so-called compact units. They have established themselves in mobile hydraulics and have a plastic tank of five to a maximum of 12 liters. With compact units, you can choose between 12 or 24 volts to optimize them for your application area. The delivery capacity varies greatly depending on the model. Some units only achieve 5.1 liters, while others reach up to 10.3 liters per minute.
