High-performance hydraulic thermoplastic hoses for demanding requirements in various industries
Hydraulic thermoplastic hoses are essential components in hydraulic systems where high pressures and flexible lines are required. The thermoplastic 2SB hose has two braided layers of steel wire as reinforcement, giving it higher stability and pressure resistance. In contrast, the R1 hose has a braided layer of brass-coated steel wire as reinforcement, making it somewhat more flexible but still strong enough to withstand high pressures.
The R7 thermoplastic hose type has two braided layers of high-strength polyester, providing it with high flexibility and lightness. The R8 paint spray hose has a reinforcement of aramid fiber braid of the highest strength, giving it high resistance to abrasion and cuts.
The R18 hose has two synthetic fiber braids as reinforcement, providing it with higher flexibility and pressure resistance. Its outer layer is made of a special polyurethane material that exhibits high abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. The temperature range within which these hoses can be safely used ranges from -55°C to +100°C.
