• What shipping costs are incurred?

At Pro-Parts, you can order free shipping for orders over €149 incl. VAT. If your order value is below €149 incl. VAT, there will be an additional shipping cost of €5.49 (DHL Standard National).

For orders from abroad, a shipping cost of €6.98 (DHL International) will be applied.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are €10.98 (DHL International).

• How do I track my delivery?

You can track your delivery status at any time using DHL Tracking after receiving a shipping confirmation. However, the status may vary depending on the selected items. Our shipping partner DHL also offers contactless delivery. You will always receive an electronic parcel notification in advance, allowing you to choose your delivery location. Not at home at the time of delivery? Then select a DHL Packstation nearby.

• Which countries do we ship to?

With DHL International, we ship to Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, and Denmark, with shipping costs of €6.98, while for shipments to the United Kingdom, the shipping costs are €10.98.

Shipping costs can only be determined once items are added to the shopping cart.
