What shipping costs are incurred?

At Pro-Parts, orders within Germany with an order value of €149 or more incl. VAT are shipped free of charge. If the order value is below €149 incl. VAT, we charge €5.69 for DHL Standard shipping within Germany.

For international orders, shipping with DHL International is charged at €6.98.

Shipping to Switzerland with DHL International costs €10.98.

How do I track my delivery?

After receiving your shipping confirmation, you can check the current status of your shipment at any time using DHL Tracking .

DHL also offers various options for receiving your parcel. Depending on the available delivery options, the electronic parcel notification allows you to select a preferred delivery location. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can also choose a nearby DHL Packstation. Further information is available directly from DHL parcel delivery .

Which countries do we ship to?

With DHL International, we ship to Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain and Denmark. Shipping to these countries costs €6.98.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, shipping costs are €10.98.

Shipping costs can be calculated during the ordering process once items have been added to the shopping cart.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
